By downloading, accessing, or using the Ledgee application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application.
Ledgee is licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions.
These Terms incorporate by reference the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms shall control.
Ledgee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Ledgee or its developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
You agree not to misuse the application or attempt to access it using methods other than the interface provided. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application except as permitted by applicable law.
Ledgee may offer optional one-time purchases through the App Store. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not process or store payment information.
The application is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the application, you represent that you meet this requirement.
